The corduroy has a lovely soft hand and the front pleats keep it from looking too slim through the thigh. I wore them to dinner with a tucked shirt and the horn buttons got a compliment before the food even arrived.

The carrot fit is exactly what I wanted, tapered but not tight through the thigh, and the front pleats give it a nice drape. The velvet is thick enough for fall and the turn-up hems hit right at the ankle. Wore them straight out of the box for a dinner and got two compliments.
